Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Malbec from Argentina opens with mulberry and mocha bouquet with a hint of cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and approachable. The flavor profile is a mulberry and oak blend with notes of black tea and graphite. I also detected hints of stewed plum and black pepper. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins and flavors are nicely extended. I would pair this easy to drink Malbec with rustic dishes like shepherd's pie. Enjoy – Ken
