Wine Review: This translucent and dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with an oak, cola and black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, smooth and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry with nicely integrated mild vanilla oak. I also detected some juicy ripe plum and a hint of cola and spice as well. The finish is dry and its tingly tannins are nicely prolonged. This Pinot would pair well with cherry amaretto chicken with garlic red skinned mashed potatoes. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Sweetly scented with cherry fruit and notes of clove and cinnamon, our estate-grown Pinot Noir from our cool Carneros vineyard at Henry Ranch is deeply flavored and complex.
