Wine Review: This ruby colored Zinfandel from Napa Valley opens with a cinnamon and cherry-cola bouquet with hints of strawberry Twizzlers. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty red plum and Clark's teaberry gum blend with notes of Asian five spice and ripe boysenberry. The finish is dry, and its fruit flavors and mild tannins are nicely prolonged. This Zin is easy to quaff. I would pair it with lamb picadillo tacos. Enjoy - Ken
