Wine Review: This very pale straw colored Pinot Blanc from Sonoma County opens with a pretty mild peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused green apple and Anjou pear blend with hints of faint grapefruit and gentle old oak in the background. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine is very food friendly and would complement many dishes. I would pair it with Cornish game hens with garlic and rosemary. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This fresh Sonoma County Pinot Blanc delivers pleasing aromas of honeysuckle, peach, and grapefruit. Partial aging in French Acacia wood barrels lends a rich mouth-fell followed by a bright and long finish.
