Wine Review: This bright red and slightly cloudy Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a fragrant red raspberry bouquet with a hint of cola in the background. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy and savory. The flavor profile is a ripe red raspberry with notes of red plum and minerality mixed in. I also detected hints of cherry-cola and a touch of oak as well. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Pinot would pair nicely with grilled salmon. Enjoy – Ken
