Wine Review: This almost clear colored Prosecco with very few bubbles opens with a pleasant pear and floral bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and soft. The flavor profile is a tasty mild apple and strawberry blend. The finish is dry and rather pleasant. This is a fun entry level sparkler. It can be enjoyed with a light fish dish. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Very pale straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.
