Wine Review: This is a quaffable, slightly off-dry Riesling that is pale straw colored in the glass. It displays a pleasant bouquet of tangerine, florals, apple and wet stone. It is light bodied, with zesty acidity. The many layers of flavors include tangerine, lemon zest, grapefruit, minerality and some honey notes. The lean lingering finish continues with green apple flavors. Some shrimp tempura would be an excellent choice with this very good value Riesling. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: This medium-bodied dry Riesling has lovely flavors of peach and stone, with a hint of apricot. Nicely balanced acidity gives it a juicy grip. It would pair well with classic continental-style cooking, featuring freshwater fish, chicken and pork.
