Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet based blend opens with a very fragrant and inviting boysenberry and ripe black cherry bouquet with a hint of milk chocolate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is boysenberry and blackberry blend with notes of minerality, oak and green tea. I also detected hints of black plum, toasted coconut and black pepper. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins and flavors are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair well with braised short ribs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep ruby red color. Fruity, spicy and elegant character. Notes of blueberries, fresh plums, dark chocolate, and sweet spices. Full-bodied, wine fine-grained tannins. Long persistency.
