Wine Review: This white blend from California was a real crowd pleaser over the Memorial Day weekend. It is a pale yellow colored wine that opens with an attractive mild lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild green apple with a hint of lime and a touch of minerality. The finish is dry and very refreshing. It was the most well received white wine from a mini-flight that I presented. The tasters thought it would pair well with garlic chicken. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Chardonnay, this wine offers an array captivating aromas and flavors. Attractive aromas of citrus blossoms, orange peel and poached pear lead into subtle mineral notes. Rich and complex in texture with bright acidity, the palate leads to intense flavors of citrus fruits and herbaceous notes.
