Wine Review: This slightly cloudy and dark red colored Tempranillo opens with a mild barnyard and red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and a little juicy. The flavor profile is a red plum and mild red berry blend with notes of cedar. I also detected hints of strawberry rhubarb, cinnamon and a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and flavors drift away nicely. This Old World styled Spanish wine would pair well with a beef and black bean burrito. Enjoy - Ken
