Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a mild petrol and faint lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, zippy, and acidic. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with notes of lemon and lime. The finish is semi-dry with some mineral and pink grapefruit notes showing up at the end. This wine would pair well with bacon wrapped scallops and a turkey, ham, Swiss and cole slaw sandwich with Thousand Island dressing. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2008 Riesling is a medium-bodied wine featuring peach and pineapple aromas that meld with lively citrus and fresh peach flavors and almond notes. It expands on the palate for a long lingering finish. An outstanding match for a variety of full-flavored cuisine.
