Wine Review: This golden wine opens with a butter like bouquet with slight hints of eggs. Decanting the wine does help dissipate the wines aromas a bit. On the palate, this medium wine is round, has buttery and cheddar cheese like flavors with hints of melon. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. The panel felt this wine would match well with chicken piccata. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The aromas of toasted almonds, caramel, and coconut are followed by crisp green apple and lemon rind flavors that convey certain minerality. The acidity will pair well with seafoods and shellfish, and complement pastas with cream sauces, as well as roast chicken and pork roast with fruit.

Organic status: not organic

Your comments on this wine:

Are all wines meant to be aged? No. In fact, perhaps 90% of today's wines are vinified for consumption within 2 years of the vintage.
