Wine Review: This light yellow unoaked wine was the best deal of both Chardonnay tastings. This wine opens with a light citrus and apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine has smooth lemony like flavors, but it also has some tartness. It finishes with a good aftertaste, albeit brief. The panel thought it would go well with cod or chicken. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Citrus and lime aromas on the nose. Crisp and fresh on the mid-palate. Wonderful sugar-acid balance which gives the wine a good finish.
