Wine Review: This light yellow wine opens with a very attractive light melon and banana bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is balanced, is lightly acidic, with savory apple like flavors hints of pineapple and butter. It was also noted that there was a touch of sweetness. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel thought this wine would be a very nice wine to pair with rainbow trout or Chilean sea bass. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Rich aromas and flavours of melon, lemon butter and creme brulee. Lush with a soft and plush finish with oak derived spices.
