Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Washington is impressive! It opens with a mild butterscotch bouquet with notes of apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild vanilla oak infused pear with notes of caramel. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chard is very nice and here is the best news. They made a lot of it. So grab some soon and pair it with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Sourced from vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills including our vineyard at Canoe Ridge Estate, our Mimi Chardonnay is made in a lightly oaked, elegant style that is great with food. The wine offers apple and pear fruit character with bright natural acidity. This Chardonnay is refreshing yet complex. Foods: Salmon, crab cakes, poultry.
