Wine Review: This rich yellow colored Chard from Washington State opens with an attractive light oak and apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and soft. The flavor profile is a light oak influenced peach with a dollop of butter. The finish is dry and it lingers nicely. The panel recommended that this wine be paired with grilled swordfish with a salad with blue cheese. Enjoy - KWGTP
