On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly viscous. It also shows gentle acidity throughout. The flavor profile is a blend of apple and apricot with nicely integrated toasted oak. The finish is dry, a bit tingly, and refreshing. This wine would pair well with chicken picatta. Enjoy – Ken Winemaker Notes: On the nose, nectarine, peach and lemon-lime notes are deftly balanced with complex yet integrated charry and toasted French oak.
