Wine Review: This light-yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a green apple and lemon bouquet with hints if ginger, pineapple and banana. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic, round and viscous. The flavor profile is a pineapple and golden delicious apple blend with notes of coconut, lemon butter and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors have nice length. This fresh styled Chard would pair nicely with chicken Francese. Enjoy - Ken
