Wine Review: This yellow colored Chard will appeal to readers who enjoy traditional CA styled Chardonnay. This Chard opens with an attractive spicy apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, soft, and creamy. The flavor profile is a buttery popcorn style with notes of light oak. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. This wine would pair nicely with chicken, broccoli, and ziti smothered in a white cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: NOSE: This vintage opens with aromas of toasted almonds and hints of banana and apricot. MOUTH: Fruit forward richness fills the mouth with flavors of toasty oak, rich cream and caramel balanced by crisp acidity of a Macintosh apple. FINISH: This crisp acidity and smoke linger for an extended finish that leaves the mouth watering for more.
