Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a very attractive lemon, pear, and mild oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, very well balanced, and refined. The flavor profile is a delicious green apple and Anjou pear blend with nicely integrated mild oak and gentle tangerine. The finish is dry and elegant. This excellent Chardonnay paired perfectly with a grilled Halibut with a lemon cream butter sauce at the Sea Grille. It will be a real hit with fans of the traditional California Chardonnay style. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Delicate lemon yellow colored with honey, bright apple, lemon and cream aromas. There are also flinty mineral notes and vanilla toasty oak highlights. Complex and layered. Round and mouth-filling, with flavors of rich pear, apple, and honeysuckle filling the palate. Vibrant citrus, honey, and mineral notes highlight the long finish. Textural and elegant.

Organic status: not organic
