Wine Review: This yellow colored Chard opens with a mild melon bouquet with a hint of apricot. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, silky, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tropical with notes of pineapple and cantaloupe leading the way. I also detected some peach. The finish is dry and a bit brief. This is a very nice drinking Chard that could stand alone. With food, I would pair it with vegetable lasagna. Enjoy - Ken
