Wine Review: This gold-colored Chardonnay opens with a pineapple, oak, and lemon curd bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, super smooth, rich, and mouthcoating. The flavor profile is a pineapple, tangerine, and chalky minerality blend with notes of oak and nutmeg. We also detected hints of saline and pear. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger and last for a very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this Chard with a baked stuffed lobster.
