Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay from Ramey is very good. It opens with a musty oak and pear bouquet with a hint of light lemon. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and has a bit of a round mouthfeel. I also suggest swirling this wine to allow for some aeration. It really opens up and improves with some time and air. The flavor profile is tasty lemon and oak blend with notes of white pepper, pineapple and Bosc pear. The finish is dry and its flavors are very extended. This Chard would pair well with lobster bisque. Enjoy - Ken
