Wine Review: This pale straw colored Chardonnay from Argentina opens with a pineapple, pear, and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and dense. The flavor profile is an oak influenced green apple and saline blend with notes of pear and chalky minerality. I also detected some hints of green tea and toasted coconut in the mix. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. This Chard was liked by the Chard lovers that tried it. It paired well with tandoori chicken and did not last long. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This fruity Chardonnay offers aromas of tropical fruits with subtle spicy notes. In the mouth it is crisp, displaying its full body, fruity flavors and minerality. It has a charming and persistent finish.
