Wine Review: This fresh and bright Torrontes from Salta, Argentina has a gorgeous bouquet of orange blossom, jasmine, sandalwood, pink grapefruit, and honeydew melon aromas. It has a medium straw color. On the palate, it is medium bodied with high acidity that creates a crisp, dry, and savory mouthfeel. There are flavors of green melon, tangy citrus, and saline with notes of spicy ginger and white peach. The finish is refreshing and moderate in length. Serve lightly chilled alongside grilled shrimp with tropical salsa. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: An aromatic wine with a tight profile, elegant tension, and beautiful citrus notes. Attractive golden color with green tones, which undoubtedly speaks of its perfect harvest timing.
