Wine Review: This clear and light red colored Cabernet Franc from Apollo's Praise opens with a fragrant black raspberry and rhubarb bouquet with hints of pomegranate and cider. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is an raspberry tea, tart black plum, and loam blend with notes of black licorice and rosemary. I also detected hints of sage and black pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and mild tannins drift away nicely. I would pair this Cab Franc with a charcuterie board. Enjoy – Ken
