Wine Review: This clear and dark red colored red blend from Anarchy opens with a huckleberry and cinnamon bouquet with hints of fresh mint, mushroom, and chocolate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and supple. The flavor profile is a huckleberry and graphite blend with notes of herbal tea and mulberry. We also detected hints of toasted oak and black pepper. The finish is dry, and its well-managed dusty tannins are nicely extended. We would pair this red blend with a carnitas burrito. Enjoy - Ken & Mark

Jeremiah Timm – Paul Hobbs Winery – March 2026

On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, we interviewed Jeremiah Timm. Jeremiah is the Director of Winemaking at Paul Hobbs Winery. We covered seven wines during the visit. We started with two Paul Hobbs Chardonnays from the 2023 vintage. Then we covered two 2023 Paul Hobbs Pinot Noirs.
