Wine Review: This clear and pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Brassfield opens with a white grapefruit pith and lemon verbena bouquet with hints of lime. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, balanced, and a little lush. The flavor profile is a minerality and grapefruit pith blend with notes of white pepper and lime zest. We also detected hints of stone fruit pit and lemon verbena. The finish is dry and refreshing.
