Wine Review: From the renowned Riesling region of Mosel in Germany, this very pale white gold colored wine has a terrific bouquet that I could sniff for a long time. There are floral aromas of jasmine and gardenia along with sandalwood, white peach, honeydew melon, ash, and apricot. It is slightly off-dry, balanced, fresh and easy-drinking with a medium-minus body and medium acidity. There are flavors of white peach, honeydew, crushed shells, and a note of pear. The finish is crisp and brief. Serve with spicy Thai basil chicken. - Mark
