Wine Review: This opaque and midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Sojourn opens with a mild black licorice and gentle blackberry bouquet with hints of chocolate, dried coconut, olive, and blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, delicate, and approachable. The flavor profile is a mild currant and cedar blend with notes of blueberry and oak. We also detected hints of tobacco, crushed stone, and clove. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and its integrated refined dusty tannins are nicely sustained. We would pair this finesse Cab with filet mignon. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The 2023 vintage is complex and harmonious, abounding with dark fruit and minerality.
