Wine Review: This clear and light coral colored Rosé from Jambe de Bois opens with a fragrant pink grapefruit and red plum bouquet with hints of lemon zest. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and has rounded edges. The flavor profile is a pink grapefruit and nectarine blend with notes of green tea and lime. I also detected hints of stony minerality and a touch of tart plum. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would pair this versatile and food friendly Rosé with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Rosé is juice from 100% Grenache grapes and offers just the slightest hint of pink. The grapes are sourced from Steel Plow vineyards in the Sonoma Valley, farmed using regenerative agricultural practices by the infamous Phil Coturri. The nose offers aromas of honeydew melon and citrus, The palate explodes with pear, honeysuckle and nectarine finishing with balanced acidity. A light and refreshing wine perfect to pair with summer salads, seafood, pastas, or just sunshine.
