Wine Review: This clear and light gold colored dry-styled Riesling from Ravines opens with a mild Vaseline and green apple bouquet with faint hints of bread dough and bee's wax. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and delicate. The flavor profile is a quince and ginger tea blend with notes of honeycomb and quinine. We also detected hints of walnut and lime zest. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity is nicely extended. We would pair this very pleasant dry Riesling with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A combinate of grapes harvested from out Limestone Springs and Sixteen Falls vineyards this Riesling features bright crips flavors of Asian pear, white peach, and soft blossom. A delicate current of flint elevates this beautiful and succulent, dry Riesling that shows terrific balance and tension from the integrated acidity.
