Wine Review: This slightly hazy and ruby colored Pinot Noir from Status Quo opens with an inviting mild black cherry and oregano bouquet with hints of oolong tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavor profile is a plum and loam blend with notes of dried herb and graphite. We also detected hints of raspberry tea and walnut. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and fine mild tannins fade away nicely. We would pair this Cab with mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - KWGTP
