Wine Review: This clear and medium straw-colored Chenin Blanc from Pax opens with a ripe pear and chamomile tea bouquet with hints of apricot. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, slightly viscous, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is an Anjou pear and quince blend with notes of chamomile tea and ginger. I also detected hints of lime zest and marzipan.
