Ken's Wine Rating: Very Good (88.5)

Review date: October 20, 2026

Wine Review: This clear and brilliant hay colored Trebbiano based white blend from Raffaldini in North Carolina is very good. It opens with a custard and green apple bouquet with hints of lime zest. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a green apple and green tea blend with notes of light lemon-lime. I also detected hints of saline. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. This wine was liked by all that tried it. I would pair it with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Una Voca translates from the Italian as One Voice. It is a term used to describe many different voices in a chorus working in harmony to create one beautiful voice. The initial blend comes from three different years which is why it is declared non-vintage and we finished off the aging in one of the concrete amphoras. Rich, ripe and with acidity it's a terrific start on the white blending journey. Fruitful and deep white blend with barrel and Anfora aging.
