Wine Review: This garnet-colored Cabernet Sauvignon from V. Sattui opens with a red currant and craisin bouquet with hints of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, very smooth, and quite approachable. The flavor profile is a graphite and red raspberry blend with notes of red currant and oak. I also detected hints of craisin and mocha. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and moderate dusty tannins stick around for quite some time. I would pair this Cab with slow cooked short ribs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2021 Terra Forza Cabernet Sauvignon presents a dark ruby hue and refined aromas of concentrated raspberry and red cherry. The palate is layered with notes of raspberry and milk chocolate, culminating in a smooth mocha finish. Fine tannins contribute to a balanced structure and a lingering, elegant finish, making it a versatile choice for any occasion.
