Wine Review: This lively, deep pink colored Sparkling Rosé from Sonoma County shows many streams of small bubbles and has aromas of strawberries, almonds, watermelon, brioche, and apple peel. Moderately frothy on the palate, it is balanced, textured, vibrant, and very approachable. The flavor profile is wild strawberry, white peach, tangerine, and chalky minerality with notes of almond croissant and nutmeg. There is a slight hint of tannins in the dry and long-lasting finish. Raise a toast with this and you will soon want a second glass. With food, pair it with mini-crab cakes. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Our Brut Rosé is fresh and fragrant, with inviting aromas of freshly picked berries, tangerine, and guava. The palate is bursting with red fruits and citrus, with a zippy acidity and a long finish.
