Wine Review: This hazy and dark ruby colored red blend from Spain opens with a new leather and cherry bouquet with hints of wintermint and plum. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, very smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is a tasty stewed black plum and mulberry blend with notes of stony minerality and cedar. I also detected hints of black cherry, fresh muddled mint, and black olive. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and moderate dusty tannins linger and last for quite some time. This wine is drinking quite nicely right now. I would pair it with a seafood and chicken paella with chorizo. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep ruby with smoke, chorizo, and dark fruit, this structured red delivers black cherry, plum, and poblano pepper with persistent tannins and a savory, food-friendly finish.
