Wine Review: This dark coral colored Brut Rosé from King Family displays very tiny steaming bubbles. It opens with a watermelon and mild maraschino cherry bouquet. It has a very pleasant froth. On the palate this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The flavor profile is a lime and lingonberry blend with notes of cherry and stone dust. I also detected hints of white peach and almond. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are very nicely extended. I would pair this Brut Rosé with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This dry, sparkling wine is bright and crisp. The small amount of Petit Verdot added to Chardonnay gives the wine notes of white cherry, strawberry and pear on the nose and palate.
