Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Jambe de Bois opens with a black currant and black cherry-cola bouquet with hints of oak and black currant. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, fresh, and rich. The flavor profile is a black currant and black licorice blend with notes of black cherry and menthol. We also detected hints of graphite, blackberry, and fresh mint. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and its moderate tannins linger and last for a while. We would pair this food friendly Cab with a New York strip steak. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The Moon Mountain Cabernet is made from organic grapes of the Moonridge vineyard high in the Mayacamas Mountains in Sonoma Valley. Playful acidity and notes of dark fruit
