Wine Review: This clear and very pale coral colored Rosé from Hampton Water opens with a peach and lime bouquet with hints of apricot and crushed seashell. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, slightly viscous, and almost dense for a Rosé. The flavor profile is a lime and white pepper blend with notes of tonic water and peach. I also detected hints of honeydew melon and a touch of vanilla. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drifts away nicely. I would pair this Rosé with Nova Scotia steamed mussels. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Hampton Water Rosé is fresh and lively, with soft notes of strawberry, and citrus; a beautiful, long finish is a result of its careful and meticulous aging in new French oak barrels.
