On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, bright, and zesty. The flavor profile is a spiced red plum and black raspberry blend with notes of white pepper and cedar. We also detected hints of stony minerality, lingonberry, and green tea.
