Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet based Bordeaux blend from Château Gloria opens with a black currant and saddle leather bouquet with hints of wet river stone and lilac. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, linear, and delicate. The flavor profile is a mild black currant and mocha blend with notes of graphite. We also detected hints of oolong tea and black licorice. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and fine-grained tannins drift away nicely. We would drink this wine in the near term and pair it with a filet mignon. Enjoy - KWGTP
