Wine Review: This clear and straw-colored Pinot Grigio from Peter Zemmer opens with a shy lime zest and green apple bouquet with hints of almond. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, delicate, and fresh. The flavor profile is a gentle green apple and light lime blend with notes of stone dust and Anjou pear. I also detected hints of almond. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. Everyone that tried this wine really liked it. I would pair this Pinot Grigio with baked cod with lemon and garlic. Enjoy - Ken
