Wine Review: This translucent and dark coral colored Rosé made from mainly Cabernet Franc opens with a orange peel and yellow grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, fresh and a bit zesty. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and mild grapefruit blend with notes of lime zest and nectarine. I also detected hints of white pepper and saline. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for quite some time. I would serve this Rosé slightly chilled along with a chilled shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
