Wine Review: This clear and dark red colored Pinot Noir from Cristom opens with a fragrant dried strawberry and cranberry bouquet with hints of plum, violets, and chocolate. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, very smooth, rich, and dense. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and blackberry blend with notes of tobacco and black tea. We also detected hints of anise, black pepper, pomegranate, and cranberry. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and intertwined dusty tannins are nicely extended. We would pair this Oregon Pinot with pan-seared duck breast or with smoked brisket. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Fragrant red florals give way to layered aromas of dried cherries, leather, and pine needles. This vibrant Pinot Noir is framed by firm tannins, revealing flavors of Rainier cherries, wild berries, and warm baking spices. It closes with a persistent finish marked by detail, finesse, and quiet power.
