Wine Review: This clear and dark red colored Grenache based red blend from Kale opens with a maraschino cherry and cinnamon bouquet with hints of plum, light leather, and dried herbs. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with fresh plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, vibrant, and zesty. The flavor profile is a spiced red plum and cinnamon blend with notes of black cherry and red licorice. We also detected hints of cedar, nutmeg, and oolong tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and astringent tannins linger and last for a very long time. We would pair this very youthful red blend with slow cooked beef brisket or with a flank steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This wine features a light red gem color and vibrant red fruit aromas, complemented by fresh herbal, delicate floral, and minty notes with a touch of subtle vanilla. On the palate, it offers medium acidity, low to medium tannins, and a light to medium body, making it approachable and easy to drink. Balanced flavors of cherry and red fruits shine through, with a smooth finish.
