Wine Review: This clear and brilliant white gold colored Marsanne based white blend from Kale opens with a mild clementine and gentle bee's wax bouquet with hints of quince, apple butter, and lemon custard. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and a little lush. The flavor profile is an apricot and gentle honey blend with notes of quince and green apple. We also detected hints of walnut, chamomile tea, and white pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. We would pair this white blend with baked brie with honey and pistachios or with a fish stew. Enjoy – KWGTP.

Winemaker Notes: The Marsanne Roussanne captivates the senses with its unique aromas and flavors. Pear, mineral, and light beeswax in the nose. On the palate, the nutty and juicy flavors take center stage. This wine has a rich, smooth mouthfeel that coats the palate luxuriously. The medium acidity provides a pleasant liveliness and keeps the wine well-balanced. It’s savory character further enhances the complexity, adding depth to each sip.
