Wine Review: This clear and white platinum colored Pinot Blanc from Dutton Goldfield opens with an inviting lychee and white peach bouquet with hints of bartlett pear and lemon verbena. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and approachable. The flavor profile is a crushed stone and pear blend with notes of toasted almond and green apple. We also detected hints of lychee. The finish is dry, and its flavors and crisp acidity fade away nicely. We would pair this Pinot Blanc with chicken lo-mein or oysters. Enjoy - KWGTP
