Wine Review: This slightly hazy and dark ruby colored Cabernet Franc from Boundary Breaks opens with a plum and wet stone bouquet with hints of cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, fresh, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a slightly tart black plum and gentle raspberry blend with notes of chalky minerality and green tea. We also detected hints of black licorice. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and dusty tannins stick around for quite some time. We would pair this New York Cab Franc with Stuart's steak treats or pot roast. Enjoy - KWGTP
