Wine Review: This rich Paso Robles Chardonnay is a light golden yellow color, with aromas of Bartlett pear, white pepper, butterscotch, sea breeze, green herbs, and lime zest. Lush and bright on the palate, it has a medium-plus body with medium-plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and slightly creamy making it easy drinking. There are flavors of pineapple, lime, saline, mild oak, and toasted almond, along with notes of butterscotch, starfruit, and vanilla creme. The crisp, tangy finish drifts away nicely.
