Wine Review: This clear and hay colored white blend from Italy opens with a very fragrant lime zest and yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of orange. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, zesty, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a saline and yellow grapefruit blend with notes of lime zest and lemon tea. I also detected hints of white peach and stony minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. I would pair this Italian white with grilled mahi-mahi. Skewers or a sandwich. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: For the past 64 harvests, this wine has truly embodied the estate from which it takes its name. It expresses the full aromatic potential of the territory. A great classic wine, with its unmistakable Rhenish style bottle. This wine is a blend of three local vineyards, cultivated on the high hills: Inzolia, Grecanico and Catarratto, with a small addition of Chardonnay.
